Place the video file within C:\Windows\Web\Windows DreamScene
How to use the video? Simple, Right Click your Mouse > Personalize > Desktop Background. At the Location, Choose Windows DreamScene Content. Do make-sure that you have updated your copy of windows so that it’s DreamScene Enabled.

got a question, how do i make a slow rate for the frames, its move quite fast i should say my eyes cant keep up perhaps my screen has to do with it
