For some people, they call this Manhua. Which means chinese graphic novel. But for me. HK Comics have been there in the industry so long that it can’t be labelled the same as the ones in the mainland. This April, LUCKY DRAGON COMICS & ANIMATION LTD will bring readers the long awaited KOF XII (12th) and KOF 2002: Unlimited Match comic drawn by Khoo Fuk Lung. In Malaysia, he is widely known for his best work “Senjata Misteri/The Amazing Weapon series”. Now, after a long draught. Readers from HONG KONG, MACAU, TAIWAN, SINGAPORE & MALAYSIA will be able to purchase their favourite title this upcoming month. Read the rest of this entry »

SNK Playmore announces KOF XII & KOF 2002: Unlimited Match Hong Kong Comics
My Kodak EasyShare M1063

Bought while on the way back to Muar (16/3/09). In case if you didn’t knew, i was outstation from last weekend until yesterday *thursday*. There was a seminar regarding how to increase industrial productivity for fellow statesmen.
For RM499, i get a camera plus free 2GB SDHC memory. Nice huh?
upgraded internet to 1.5mbps

The previous 2 month have shown my home 512kbps internet + homeline phone bill rising to RM217. It was due to bussiness, calling clients around the state. So my buddy hisyam suggested: “why don’t you subscribe streamyx combo?”. What’s that i said. He told me with streamyx combo, i’m entitled to subscribe some other services. One of them was the Voice Plan which costs RM28 monthly. So i asked again, “Is this just the monthly rental free? or does it include usage too?” He replied: “It’s for both rental and usage only at RM28. Which means you don’t have to worry about your telephone bills anymore.” Seeing that my home bills have risen to a new bar, there was no reason for me to delay the upgrade. So as you can see today, the image up there is the latest test of my current line. Voice Plan will kick-in early april.
EndWAR (PC) [Express Review]

Tom Clancy’s: EndWAR, the 1st game i played using my 4830. Goes fine with MAX settings. Graphics are unbelievably nice but still cannot top World in Conflict in several aspects. Especially damage, explosions and Crash Animations. Read the rest of this entry »
My XFX Radeon HD 4830

My XFX Radeon HD 4830 finally arrived this morning after 2 weeks of waiting due to restock delay. Gotta hate that, but looking at the pricetag (RM440) compared to the HIS 4830 IceQ4 which sells at RM495. This new XFX baby is quite the Hot Bargain since it’s capabilities are not to be trifled with. Hence, given the nickname 9800GT Killer. How many of you believe it is another matter though.
This will most probably be my last GPU upgrade, since i have finally reached the targeted High-End of a single card. Unfortunately, going for a Crossfire is a NO for me. Given the fact that current multiple GPU accelarations still doesn’t truly give a double performance boost. Plus, there’s only a number of games on the market that currently supports multiple accelaration since SLi/CF is pretty much a new thing for the rest of the world. On the other hand, Nvidia’s pricepoint have been ticking me off since the day i learn about “3D Cards”. Be it good or not, There’s no way for me to have a SLi setup in my system since a single card from them would cost a month’s salary. I’d rather save some money for Gaming Consoles ya know. But that’s another story to frustrate myself another time.
Have a look at the video below to see what it’s all about. Read the rest of this entry »
